Terms of Use

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe basic matters concerning the terms and procedures of the Internet Information Service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by SEBITCHEM (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 [Amendment of Terms and Conditions]

The Company may change the Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect by notifying the Members on the Service Screen or otherwise.

Article 3 [Definition of Users]

The term "user" means a person who accesses the company's website and receives services provided by signing up as an Internet member in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Chapter II Member Management and Services

Article 4 [Member ID and Password]

Membership registration is free of charge, and the user is responsible for all management of the member ID and password. Negligence in the management of IDs and passwords assigned to users, Each member is responsible for all consequences of fraudulent use. If a member's own ID is used illegally, the user must notify the company of the fact without delay for action, and the company is not responsible for any delay in the notification.

Article 5 [Membership withdrawal]

1. If a member wishes to withdraw, apply for withdrawal by e-mail to the person in charge of the company. 2. The company may terminate the use contract without prior consent or suspend the use of the service for a fixed period if a member commits any of the following acts. 1) If you steal another person's name, ID, and password 2) In the event of intentional obstruction of service operation 3) Your subscribed name is not your real name 4) The same user has double registered with a different name or nickname 5) In the case of intentionally disseminating content that hinders the public order and the customs 6) When a member plans or implements the use of services for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest 7) Where an act of damaging or penalizing another person's reputation is committed 8) In the event of infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party 9) Reproduction, distribution, or vertical use of information obtained by using the company's service information without prior consent from the company 10) If it is judged inappropriate to continue the qualification as a member

Article 6 [Contents and Modifications of Services]

1. The company provides various information services, and the contents may be added, changed, or suspended as needed. In addition, the company may suspend service due to insufficient inconveniences such as difficulties or poor relay lines. 2. If necessary, the company may send an e-mail to the e-mail address the member entered when signing up without the member's consent.

Article 7 [Business Partnership]

The company may partner with other companies for certain parts of the service for the convenience of users and effective service operation. Activities carried out by affiliated companies in relation to the service have the same effect as activities conducted directly by the company.

Article 8 [Consent to Use of Service]

1. The company may approve with exceptions to the cases of paragraphs 2 and 3 below when a member applies for use by accurately stating all the matters set by the company. 2. The company may withhold approval in the following cases. 1) If there is not enough room for the facility 2) In case of technical difficulties 3) If the Company deems it necessary 3. The Company may withhold its consent to any of the following applications for use 1) If the name is not your real name 2) In the case of an application in the name of another person 3) Where an application for use is made by falsely stating the necessary information 4) In the case of applying for the purpose of hindering social order or morals 5) When other application requirements set by the company are not satisfied

Article 9 [Use of Member Registration Information]

1. Companies can use membership information in the form of collective statistics. In addition, each user's personal information shall not be disclosed without the user's consent unless the user damages others or causes other disturbing problems. 2. The Company may use its member's information in accordance with due process of law if the member violates the rights of the Company or commits other illegal acts. 3. The Company may provide the member's registration information to the investigative agency in response to the request of the member's information in accordance with due legal procedures in connection with the investigation.

Article 10 [Interruption of Service]

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance check replacement, failure, communication disruption, or other force majeure of information and communication facilities such as computers. 2. The company shall not compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the service due to the reason under paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if there is intention or negligence of the company.

Chapter III Terms and Conditions and Compensation for Damages

Article 11 [Criteria outside the terms and conditions]

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and regulations. 1. The Act on the Regulation, etc. of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, and the Information Protection, etc 2. In accordance with the government's guidelines for consumer protection of electronic transactions and related laws or e-commerce practices regarding matters not prescribed in these terms and the interpretation of these terms and conditions.

Article 12 [Compensation for Damages]

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damage to the user in connection with the use of the Services.

Article 13 [Exemption Clause]

1. The company shall not be responsible for the provision of services if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2. The company is not responsible for any obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the members. 3. The Company shall not be liable for the loss of the revenue expected by the members from the service and shall not be liable for any other damage caused by the data obtained through the service. 4. The company is not responsible for the information, data, reliability, accuracy, etc. posted by the members on the service.

Article 14 [Competent Court]

If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the competent court.
